Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Intake details: your first and last name, email, phone number, and your business website address, given on our order form.
• Audit data: what our checks find on your public website and public listings — page titles, speed results, profile details, and the like — plus the report we generate from them.
• Booking requests: if you request the free consultation, your preferred contact method and timing.
• Payment: you pay through a secure payment link we email you, and payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, receive, or store your card number or bank details.

Why we collect it

To run your audit, deliver your report, contact you about it (only with your consent — see below), and operate and improve the service. That's it.

Your consent to be contacted

Our order form has one required checkbox, unchecked by default, in which you agree to the purchase terms and give The Agency LLC permission to contact you about your report and related services by email and phone. We store the wording you agreed to and the time you agreed. Without that record, we do not market to you — you would receive only the report you bought. You can withdraw consent at any time by telling us; we'll stop.

We never sell your information

Never have, never will. Your contact details are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Who processes data for us

• Stripe — processes your payment when you pay through the secure payment link we email you. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we receive only a payment confirmation.
• DataForSEO and Google PageSpeed — receive only your public website address and business name so checks can run. They never receive your name, email, or phone number.
• Email delivery — a transactional email provider sends your report email on our behalf.

Retention

We keep leads, reports, and booking requests while they remain useful for serving you and running the business — for example, so a follow-up audit can be compared to your first. Reports stay available at their private link unless you ask us to remove them.

Ask us to delete your information

Email or contact The Agency LLC through theagencyllc.net and ask for deletion. We'll delete your contact details and report, and confirm when it's done, except where the law requires us to keep a transaction record.

Security

Report links are private and unguessable — the link is the key, so treat your report email like a key. Payment data never touches our servers.
