PageAuditPro produces a one-time online presence audit report for a single business website. When your audit runs, we crawl your website and check what the public web shows about your business, then deliver a report — on screen, by email, and as a downloadable PDF — containing scores, findings, and suggested fixes. It is a report, produced on order. It is not a subscription, a monitoring service, or ongoing consulting.
Ordering has three steps, and you control the pace. First, you tell us about your business and we fetch your website for free and show you what we found, so you can confirm it's really your business. Second, we email you a secure payment link for $395 — the audit costs $395, one time. You pay through that link; payment is processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. Until you pay, nothing is charged and nothing runs. Third, the moment your payment is received, your audit runs and your report is delivered as described above.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on audit reports. Here's why that's fair: before any payment, we fetch your website for free and show you exactly what we found, and you confirm it's really your business. Your audit runs as soon as your payment is received, and it is produced on order, specifically for your business — so once the audit has run, the sale is final. If you never pay the payment link, you were never charged and there is nothing to refund.
If we fail to deliver your report — our mistake, not a change of heart — we will make it right: we will re-run the audit or fix the delivery through our support channel, at no additional charge. If we genuinely cannot deliver a report for your business, we will tell you so and resolve it with you directly. Our failure is ours to fix.
An audit describes what our checks found on the day it ran. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or placement in AI-generated answers. Our Today Score and Future-Ready Score are readiness measures computed from real checks — they are not predictions, and no score can promise how Google or any AI assistant will treat your business. The web changes constantly; findings reflect the state of your site and listings at audit time.
Every report includes an invitation to a free consultation with The Agency LLC. The consultation is informational: we'll explain your report and discuss what we would fix first. It creates no obligation for either of us, and nothing said in it is a guarantee of results from any future work.
You confirm that you are authorized to order an audit of the website you submit, and that the contact details you give us are yours to share. Our crawler reads only public pages, at a polite pace.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Agency LLC's total liability for any claim arising from PageAuditPro is limited to the amount you paid for your report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost rankings.
We may update these terms; the version in force when you order governs your purchase.
